Self-catering Holiday Prices
Accommodation is from 4pm on day of arrival to 10am on day of departure.
Full week - from Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday: from £1420 to £2500
Short breaks: 3 night weekend break - starting on a Friday, or 4 night mid-week - another night for no additional cost - starting on a Monday, from £1100 to £2100

Please check that dates are available before paying deposit.
A deposit of 25% of the fee is payable on booking and will not be refunded except where booking is not accepted for whatever reason.
The balance of the holiday fee must be paid in advance, no less that 6 weeks before start date. If the guest does not comply the booking cannot be guaranteed.
Please make all payments by cheque, and in sterling (GBP) - payable to “Orchard Barn Holidays”.
If you would like to pay by bank transfer, or for overseas guests by using IBAN, please contact us.
N.B. Please leave Orchard Barn in good order, as found - The “Named” person responsible for the initial booking will be held responsible for any breakages, please report any breakages or breakdowns. A charge will be made if the property is left in a poor condition.
No more than the maximum numbers stated in the booking may use the property.
